Victoria (Jungmee) Lee joins AN Law Firm, P.C. as Of Counsel, bringing more than a decade of corporate transactional experience advising companies on commercial technology contracts, data privacy, and AI governance.
Victoria focuses on matters where these areas intersect, including vendor and data-licensing agreements, consumer-facing privacy notices, and internal policies governing the use of AI. She helps companies structure agreements and policies that address both commercial priorities and evolving regulatory expectations.
In addition to her legal practice, Victoria brings a technical and product-focused perspective to her work. She previously worked in product strategy at a legal AI company and as a software engineer at an e-commerce company, experience that allows her to engage closely with engineering and product teams and understand how technology is built and deployed.
Victoria is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
