Carlyn Epstein

Carlyn Epstein, joining AN Law Firm, P.C. as Of Counsel, brings over a decade of experience in privacy, cybersecurity, and commercial transactions.  Carlyn has worked with in-house legal departments in a variety of industries, including FinTech, CPG, retail and hospitality, biotech, and other large technology firms.

Before joining AN Law Firm, Carlyn served as privacy and cybersecurity counsel for Clorox and privacy counsel for various clients through Axiom Law.  She has extensive experience building global and domestic privacy programs, cybersecurity incident response, and commercial contract negotiation, with a particular focus on Data Processing Agreements and technology transactions.

Carlyn also served as adjunct lecturer at the Santa Clara University School of Law, teaching Comparative Privacy Law, an upper-level privacy course focusing on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
